Head of Corporate Services

What is expected of you?

• Oversee the implementation of procedures within the department
• Manage a portfolio of clients
• Develop, implement, and revise all forms, manuals, policies, etc to be used in the corporate services department
• Monitor the work in progress within the department
• Ensure that the department is in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations
• Oversee and provide guidance to the team members on all issues relating to corporate services
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer due diligence processes
• Report regularly to the directors and board on matters relating to the corporate services department
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties that might come up

What are you expected to bring?

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within a CSP environment
• A relevant academic qualification
• Good working knowledge of AML/CFT laws and regulations
• Great IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English both verbal and written; the knowledge of Italian, Spanish or French will be considered an asset
