Spanish/German Junior Compliance Assistant

What is expected of you?

• Assist the Company’s Compliance Officer and MLRO in ongoing reviewing of transactions and preparations of reports to board and management
• Update the compliance policies and procedures and inform the staff of such requirements
• Keep the Company’s website updated to complete compliance with applicable regulations
• Handle and solve all the staff’s queries regarding compliance and AML matters
• Review complaints and maintain relative registers
• Assist on compliance matters that are applicable to the company

What are you expected to bring?

• Full proficiency in Spanish or German and good knowledge of English
• Financial or Legal qualification
• Two to three years’ experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
• An analytical approach to work
• Ability to work efficiently within a team as well as individually
• Strong communication skills
