Head of Compliance, Risk and Player Protection - iGaming

Are you ready for a new challenge?! We are looking for a Head of Compliance, Risk, and Player Protection for our client, a dynamic iGaming company in Malta. 

What is expected of you?

• Coordinate and implement the strategic objectives related to Compliance, Risk, Investigations, and Player Protection teams
• Suggest strategies to improve and optimize the units in conformity with the above-mentioned objectives
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are in line with the required standards
• Coordinate the relevant recruitment processes
• Ensure optimal quality reports and analyses drafted by the relevant teams and provide input thereto
• Keep abreast with local and international factors that might affect the gaming industry
• Be the main stakeholder in risk mitigation techniques
• Provide regular activity updates to the CRO, EXCO, and Board when needed
• Represent the company in various conferences if required
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to consult and co-ordinate accordingly on risk and compliance related matters
• Ensure effective monitoring and reporting of the company’s risk performance
• Carry out any other ad-hot duties as directed by the Deputy Chief Officers

What are you expected to bring?

• Degree level of education – Level 6
• Previous leadership and team-management skills
• Extraordinary communication skills
• Accuracy and high attention to detail
• Strong analytical disposition, combined with the ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently but also be able to motivate team members
