Head of Client Relations

Have you got experience in client relations and interested to join a growing Fintech company? We are looking for a Head of Client Relations to join a dynamic multicultural team here in Malta. If you fit the bill, Ceek would love to hear from you!

What’s expected of you?

• Lead, manage, and train the Client Relations Department team 
• Develop and implement procedures and manuals to ensure a standardised workflow
• Oversee that procedures are performed in accordance with the above
• Set strategy and targets for client portfolio growth
• Prepare reports on the department’s and clients’ performance 
• Collaborate with various departments to identify improvements, recommend solutions, and refer items to higher management as appropriate 

What are you expected to bring?

• Higher education in Finance, Economics, Banking, or similar area would be an asset
• 3 years’ experience in corporate client bank account opening, or a similar role
• 2 years’ experience in a management position leading a team
• Excellent English (verbal/written), knowledge of Russian or other languages would be an asset
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good time management and analytical skills
• Able to work in a team and independently
• Must be eligible to work in the EU
