Head of Accounting

Are you ready to take on a new challenge? If so, we are looking for a Head of Accounting with the prospects of becoming a director for the group.  If you are an excellent leader with strong strategic decision-making skills and have the relevant experience, Ceek would like to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

• Coordinate and lead the accounting department
• Oversee HR, planning and budgeting
• Guide and assist the team in any technical queries
• Research new business for the group
• Train and develop the team through recruiting and performance evaluations
• Work with other departments
• Supervise client portfolio

What are you expected to bring?

• University degree in Accounting
• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of accounting and reporting software
• Able to carry out responsibility of the quality and content of data provided by the team
• Excellent communication skills in Maltese, English and Italian
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide leadership and to work in a team
