What is expected of you?

  • Overseeing the finance department's overall operations
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements tied to the Group's public bond issuance
  • Collaborating with the CEO and executive management on feasibility studies, project costing, financial analysis, and various ad hoc analytical reports
  • Creating and delivering monthly management accounts and reports to the CEO, board of directors, and audit committee within strict timelines
  • Establishing and upholding robust internal controls and accounting policies
  • Documenting, revising, and ensuring adherence to internal processes, controls, policies, and procedures
  • Developing routine cash flow forecasts and working capital reports
  • Formulating monthly reconciliations and substantiating balance sheet entries
  • Monitoring ratios and KPIs to detect errors, ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures, and enhance financial reporting reliability
  • Safeguarding the Group's assets by consistently following up on receivables, maintaining stock control, and assessing asset impairment listed on the balance sheet
  • Finalizing and presenting annual accounts and regulatory reports
  • Crafting and presenting annual budgets and cashflow projections
  • Managing tax calculations and filing VAT, tax, and other returns and payments following statutory deadlines
  • Serving as the primary contact for external auditors
  • Align Quarterly VAT returns with fiscal reporting, and ensure online submission.
  • Monitor capital expenditure against operating budgets.
  • Providing day-to-day supervision and direction for the finance team


What are you expected to bring?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fully qualified Accountant
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
  • Able to work efficiently within a team and liaise with various departments
  • Good analytical skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
