General Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of a diverse property portfolio, including a 60-room hotel, a block of 15 leased apartments and two office buildings. The successful candidate will ensure high occupancy rates, excellent tenant and guest experiences, and efficient property operations, while maximizing revenue and profitability. Sounds interesting? What's expected of you? 

Hotel Management & Apartments Management 

● Oversee daily operations of the 60-room hotel and the apartments, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments (e.g., housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance).

● Manage staff schedules, hiring, and training to maintain excellent service standards. 

● Monitor room occupancy, set competitive rates, and implement strategies to maximize revenue (e.g., seasonal promotions, dynamic pricing). 

● Address guest complaints and feedback promptly to maintain a high satisfaction rating.

● Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. 

● Manage bookings, reservations, and tenant inquiries for the 15 short-let apartments, ensuring seamless communication and check-in/check-out processes. 

● Schedule regular cleaning, maintenance, and inspections to maintain property standards. 

Office Building Management 

● Serve as the main point of contact for office building tenants, ensuring lease agreements are adhered to. 

● Conduct regular inspections of office spaces, ensuring maintenance and cleanliness standards are met. 

● Coordinate with tenants regarding lease renewals, utility management, and shared building services. 

● Address tenant concerns promptly, maintaining a professional and positive landlord-tenant relationship. 

General Property Management 

● Develop and manage budgets for each property, including operational expenses, maintenance, and marketing costs. 

● Prepare quarterly and monthly rental/utilities invoices to tenants. 

● Oversee routine and emergency maintenance across all properties, liaising with contractors and service providers as necessary. 

● Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations governing property management and hospitality.

What are you expected to bring? 

● Proven experience as a property manager, hotel manager, or similar role in real estate or hospitality management. 

● Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively. 

● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

● Proficient in property management software, reservation systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. 

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with guests, tenants, and service providers.
