Front Office Reception

Are you an experienced Customer Care Representative looking for a new opportunity? Do you excel in communication and teamwork, with a passion for organization and support? Our client, a successful company in Malta, is looking for a dedicated Front Office Receptionist to join their team on a full-time basis.

 

What's expected of you?

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate person in the office
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area and conference rooms
  • Manage office stationery and supplies, placing orders as needed
  • Keep updated records of petty cash and perform monthly reconciliations
  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Perform additional duties as required or assigned by partners or designated personnel
  • Sort and distribute mail and deliveries

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Previous work experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Maltese
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Maintain a professional attitude and demeanour with a focus on customer service
