Front Office Administrator

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Front Office Administrator to join the growing team for a leading company in Malta. If you have previous experience in a similar role, have excellent customer service skills, and are looking for a stable, permanent job, then this could be the role you’ve been looking for! What's expected of you?

  • Be responsible for the efficient running of the reception area, providing professional and friendly service
  • Answer incoming calls with a calm and professional manner
  • Ensure effective communication 
  • Register invoices 
  • Prepare purchase orders
  • Make travel arrangements for the Directors and the Management
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Arrange meeting rooms 
  • Be responsible in update documents and filing


What are you expected to bring?

  • Proven work experience in roles such as Receptionist or Front Office Representative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills, in both Maltese and English
  • Be resourceful and proactive, with excellent organizational skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
