What is expected of you?

  • Welcome clients and help direct them to the correct office
  • Maintain and organise reception area to the highest standards
  • Handle incoming calls, collect post, receive deliveries
  • Make sure boardrooms are well kept
  • Maintain records of office expenses
  • Provide administrative support to other departments
  • Take charge of keeping the office well stocked and records up to date

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Previous experience in administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent command of both written and verbal English, additional European language would be considered an asset
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Minimum O level education
