Front Office Administrator

What is expected of you?

  • Greet and welcome walk-in visitors and invited guests and direct appropriately
  • Handle incoming phone calls in very a timely and courteous manner
  • Give basic and accurate information in-person and via phone and email
  • Keep the office secure by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Up sell and/or cross sell products within the Company’s portfolio
  • Monitor and replenish stock and record office expenses and costs
  • Responsible for the petty cash and daily reconciliation
  • Issue invoices and VAT receipts for handled sales
  • Build customer relationship by keeping service information confidential
  • Attend any training provided by the Company and undertake the respective assessments accordingly


What are you expected to bring?

  • Proven track record as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in both Maltese & English
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
