What’s expected of you?

Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts
Guarantee adherence to both local and international financial regulations and standards
Recommend and maintain KPIs for performance monitoring
Create, implement, and supervise the company's budget and financial projections
Provide suggestions to improve financial performance and identify business opportunities
Regularly analyse financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
Formulate strategic suggestions based on financial analysis
Manage cash flow and maintain financial stability by overseeing liquidity
Oversee daily cash transactions and funding needs
Supervise the accounting team to ensure the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
Ensure compliance with taxation, audit, and regulatory requirements
Establish and uphold internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraudulent activities
Identify and address financial risks
Guide, mentor, and foster the growth of the finance team
Nurture a collaborative and efficient work environment
