Finance Manager

If you are a warranted Accountant who is enterprising, high-achiever, and future-oriented, then we have an amazing opportunity for you! One of our clients, a young team within a professional investor group with offices outside Malta, is seeking to recruit a Finance Manager.

What is expected of you?

• Prepare and review monthly accounts of various undertakings
• Liaise with the corporate management on several tasks such as monthly board meeting preparation and assisting the company secretary in the process of taking minutes
• Ensure that all statutory deadlines are done on time
• Prepare reports and presentations to the board
• Liaise with banks in new account opening and account maintenance
• Handle the local and international tax matters
• Communicate with the team members internally and who are based outside of Malta to ensure that tasks are completed within the given timeframes
• Assist the senior management with ad hoc tasks

What are you expected to bring?

• Be a fully qualified Accountant
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Able to coordinate efficiently with lawyers and advisors
• Experience in property matters such as processes for collecting payments and paying bills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently within a team of professionals
