We're seeking a skilled Finance Manager who will be in charge of overseeing and leading the dynamic team of our client's. Sounds interesting? What's expected of you?

  • Manage the Accounts department, ensuring implementation of best accounting practices
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts, including full-year profit and loss forecasts
  • Oversee the Group’s creditors and debtors portfolio, ensuring timely reporting and management
  • Prepare financial reports, including monthly profit and loss statements, cash flow reports, and bank reconciliations
  • Compile quarterly VAT returns and submissions
  • Ensure accurate and timely weekly and monthly bank statement reconciliations in line with company policies
  • Assist auditors, Board Members, and management as required, maintaining strong relations with external auditors and preparing for audits
  • Monitor cash balances and cash flow forecasts to ensure effective financial management
  • Develop and document accounting processes to enhance and maintain internal controls
  • Manage the yearly budgeting process and support the creation of the annual business plan

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Highly organized and able to meet targets
  • In possession of a Degree in Accounting
  • Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail
  • A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to collaborate within a broader team
  • Capability to drive change, take initiative, and act on necessary tasks
  • Strong work planning and time management abilities
  • Proficient in SFM and MS Office software
