Finance Manager

What's expected of you?

• Create and maintain accurate management accounts while ensuring compliance
• Supervise and handle financial data, ledgers, and records
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts
• Track and report financial performance
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes
• Take the lead in guiding and supporting junior team members
• Offer financial insights and advice to senior management

What are you expected to bring?

• Be a part qualified or qualified accountant
• Have 3 years’ experience working in a similar role in Malta
• Excellent Excel skills
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
