We are seeking to recruit a Finance Executive for one of our clients, an insurance company which is known locally and internationally. If you are looking for an excellent job opportunity within the insurance sector, Ceek would like to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

Post insurance transactions
Liaise with external auditors in relation to annual and interim financial audit preparation
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Reconcile, monitor, and chase debtors
Other duties as may be required from time to time

What are you expected to bring?

Be a partly or fully qualified accountant
Can commence employment without the need of a working permit
Be fluent in English, fluency in the Maltese language is a strong asset
A minimum of to 2 years' experience within a finance function
Solid knowledge of financial reconciliation and posting of accounting journals
Advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Sharp time management skills
Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
