Finance Executive

What is expected of you?

• Handle invoices & statements
• Assist in timely billing of all individual and group accounts as well as in balancing daily transfer to city ledger and post, edit and update to accounts receivable system
• Manage any internal queries within finance department
• Ensure all invoices have the appropriate documentation attached and approvals prior to processing
• Adhere in all the company’s filed procedures and protocols
• Perform any other task as requested and assigned by Management

What are you expected to bring?

• A minimum of one year of experience in a related field
• An O-Level or A-Level qualification in Accountancy
• Knowledge of hotel accounting will be considered an asset
• Excellent numerical skills
