Finance Director

Are you eager to work for a stable and international iGaming company? One of our clients is looking for an experienced Finance Director to lead the finance department and provide financial leadership to the team. The chosen candidate will report to VP of Finance based abroad.

What’s expected of you?

• Foster collaboration with the finance team abroad to elevate operational effectiveness across both international and domestic financial units
• Oversee accounting governance for all international legal entities by supervising all accounting stakeholders
• Propel the International financial planning, steering the annual budget/forecast processes
• Direct the monthly closure process and prepare a comprehensive management reporting package for senior management
• Take charge of orchestrating the year-end closure process and oversee external annual and compliance audits
• Ensure adherence to diverse gaming regulations, financial protocols, accounting standards, and tax obligations
• Effectively manage cash flow and liquidity, optimizing the distribution of financial assets
• Work closely with the controller to deliver consolidated financial reports promptly to senior management
• Coordinate annual studies on transfer pricing and profit split initiatives
• Conduct thorough analyses of operational expenses, pinpointing potential areas for enhancement and cost efficiency, and deliver findings to senior management
• Scrutinize and analyze the correlation between various subsidiaries within the Group, assessing the tax implications of intercompany transactions
• Offer strategic financial counsel to senior management and department heads, aiming to enrich decision-making, financial performance, and cost management
• Spearhead the guidance, supervision, and management of the global finance team, ensuring the seamless day-to-day functioning of the accounting division

What are you expected to bring?

• Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role
• Hold a qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Previous experience in the online gambling or gaming industry
• Exhibit a track record of success in a senior financial management position
• Showcase exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possess outstanding leadership and team management skills
• Demonstrate effective communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Display strategic thinking capabilities and the capacity to contribute to the overall financial strategy of the company
