Finance and Procurement Officer - iGaming

We are currently seeking to recruit an Finance and Procurement Officer on behalf of a client operating within the iGaming industry. If you have the procurement expertise and possess a degree in finance or accountancy, Ceek would like to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

• Handle the petty cash management
• Carry out the reimbursement process, monthly liquidation report, petty cash reconciliation and facilitate the replenishment of petty cash
• Reconcile and analyse the actual usage of mobile/telephone to supporting documents as well as the monthly invoices for inconsistencies or any missing documents
• Responsible for the monthly stock take of stationery for replenishment
• Record the accounting system items procured
• Monitor and manage the payment to suppliers
• Manage the filing of paid invoices upon completion of the payment process
• Check the bank, fixed asset, and supplier statement reconciliations on a monthly basis
• Participate in focus groups, project teams, group and section meetings and attend all training sessions
• Work on other duties as required to ensure that all deadlines are met in a timely manner

What are you expected to bring?

• A  Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent qualification
• Experience in a similar field will be considered an asset
• Proficient in the use of accounting systems, Microsoft Office and other IT systems
• Excellent knowledge on the public procurement regulations
• Good organizational skills and communication skills
• A highly motivated individual who is capable of working within a team
• Ability to plan work and meet deadlines
