What's expected of you?

Attend initial on-site meetings to understand project briefs, agreements, roles, stakeholders, budgets, and timelines
Oversee progress during the implementation phase, ensuring that work aligns with specifications and the project schedule
Prepare and submit Daily Site Reports for each project to update Project Managers and maintain accurate records for audits
Identify and address any issues that could impact project progress
Review and track the Contractor's Programme of Works, raising concerns about potential delays or unforeseen issues
Ensure projects stay on track by monitoring progress, timelines, and budgets
Collect necessary certifications and confirm all required forms and approvals are in place for project initiation
Manage and report on multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail across all
Coordinate and schedule meetings with stakeholders as needed
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets
Enforce and follow on-site Health and Safety protocols

What are you expected to bring?

A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a similar role
Prior local experience in site foreman or project management, or leading hand in the Civil, Building & Finishes sector
Ability to read project design drawings and technical specifications and prepare reports including briefs and photos
A valid Driving Licence Category B
Good communication skills, self-directed with a strong work ethic
