What's expected of you?

  • Maintain and arrange office documents, files, and databases for easy access and confidentiality
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally, including calls and messages
  • Carry out daily administrative tasks proficiently
  • Organize schedules, appointments, and provide timely reminders
  • Ensure adherence to office procedures for accuracy and confidentiality
  • Create reports, presentations, and briefs using professional written and verbal communication
  • Facilitate meetings by preparing agendas, taking detailed minutes, and ensuring follow-up on tasks
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and promptly address executives' inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to implement streamlined administrative practices
  • Process insurance claims and manage follow-ups and renewals efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with industry standards such as QEMS, ESG, LPCB, and ISO

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Have 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications
  • Exceptional planning and time management skills
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
