What's expected of you?

  • Coordinate and manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Take meeting notes and minutes, prepare reports, and draft presentations and correspondence
  • Oversee and maintain an organized filing system
  • Arrange and manage travel, transportation, and accommodation bookings
  • Handle ordering and inventory of office supplies
  • Plan and coordinate company events
  • Act as a point of contact, liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
  • Maintain records in the accounting system and issue sales invoices
  • Facilitate supplier payments and properly file invoices upon payment completion
  • Assist with additional tasks as required

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Maltese
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • A-Level standard education or equivalent
  • Strong familiarity with office software, including Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel
  • High level of integrity, demonstrating honesty and ethical behavior in all duties
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed with precision and accuracy
  • Dependable and responsible, consistently fulfilling obligations
  • Cooperative and good-natured, with a positive, can-do attitude
