What's expected of you?

Provide first line support for inquiries related to ERP and third-party business solutions
Ensure a standardized approach to inputting information by continuously refining system data and validating its accuracy
Analyze profiles within inventory, customer, and vendor modules
Monitor and maintain the automation processes within the ERP
Monitor integration statuses between the ERP and third-party solutions to guarantee uninterrupted operation
Maintain and update system configurations across all platforms
Record and maintain company system-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Lead training sessions on procedures related to company business systems
Appropriately escalate technical issues to the correct channels
Provide support in implementing new solutions
Assist in the development of common organizational reports

What are you expected to bring?

A Degree or another MQF Level 6 qualification in the fields of business or IT
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable role
Experience in Acumatica ERP is an asset
Preferably possess knowledge in SQL technology, with a specific emphasis on Microsoft SQL Server
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
Fluent in both written and spoken English
