What is expected of you?

Lead and manage various projects simultaneously, providing effective direction and oversight
Cultivate client relationships and identify possibilities for offering supplementary services to enhance customer engagement
Oversee and coordinate the tendering process, including the preparation of tender bids
Develop comprehensive project plans, method statements, and risk assessments, ensuring alignment with client and regulatory expectations
Prepare and submit necessary reports, documents, and data to fulfil regulatory compliance obligations
Negotiate environmental permits, aiming for cost-effective process design within regulatory parameters
Drive the implementation of Management Systems within the company, including conducting audits and obtaining certifications
Collaborate with the sales team to offer technical insights for estimates and project planning
Manage the commercial aspects of projects by comprehending proposals and quotes
Travel internationally, as needed, to present projects and meet business demands
Undertake other responsibilities associated with the role as required

What are you expected to bring?

A minimum of three years' professional experience in environmental engineering
Hold a tertiary-level degree in Engineering
Proficiency in written and verbal communication in both English and Maltese
Possession of a valid driver's license
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
