What's expected of you?

  • Establish strong and trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders 
  • Formulate and implement HR policies
  • Assess the current state of ER, pinpoint areas for improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to devise clear action plans
  • Collaborate closely with HR leaders to construct manager toolkits, including templates and guidance for handling ER cases 
  • Oversee the efficient management of active ER cases
  • Cultivate a culture of ER ownership among line managers and front-line leaders
  • Take the lead in managing change effectively when introducing new policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and insights to develop a comprehensive Employee Forum framework
  • Maintain and nurture the relationship between the company and labor unions or employee associations


What are you expected to bring?

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communications skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong familiarity with employee and labor relations principles and practices
  • Excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage and resolve conflicts
