Electrical/Electronics Technicians

What is expected of you?

• Attend to, diagnose, and repair any commercial fire and security system issues that may develop
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware for applications and systems (where necessary)
• Conduct client site evaluations to compile lists of equipment required for new installations or system enhancements. This will include filling out all essential Company paperwork correctly and completely, as well as providing site sketches to show site placement
• This also includes the testing of or/and participating in new product development programs or systems acquired by the Company prior to placement on the Market
• Upon completion of the installation, hand over any system to the client by verifying that the client understands how to operate the system and collecting the client's signature on the Job Report that is entirely and correctly filled out
• Any other duties as may be necessary from time to time

• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
• Ability to understand technical diagrams and manuals
• Knowledge and experience in the service field
• Preferably MQF Level 5 Diploma or MQF Level 4 Certificate in Electrical/ Mechanical subjects
• Excellent written and oral proficiency in English
