What’s expected of you?

Develop precise cost estimates based on project blueprints, materials, and local regulations
Prepare detailed bids covering project scope, labour, materials, and risk factors
Work closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to produce cost-effective, competitive bids
Ensure compliance with local standards
Conduct cost analysis and value engineering, identifying cost-saving measures without quality compromise
Collaborate with project managers to set realistic budgets that meet financial targets
Maintain organised records of all estimates, bids, and project documentation

What are you expected to bring?

Proven experience as an electrical estimator or in a similar role, ideally within Malta’s construction industry
Strong understanding of electrical systems and project management principles
Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for cost estimation
