Are you experienced in e-commerce management? Do you have a degree level qualification in marketing or business? We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to join a leading international retailer here in Malta. What’s expected of you?

Manage and lead all aspects of the e-commerce business, focusing on key KPIs
Consult with brand directors to develop a content and marketing strategy including promotional campaigns
Manage website design, web analytics, and web technologies
Oversee logistics management and customer service
Optimise the user experience of the website, including images, site navigation, content creation, and the checkout funnel
Manage all aspects of key metrics (traffic, SEO, conversion, bounce rate, dwell time, payment gateway, abandoned cart, etc.) to ensure site is optimised
Generate and implement new sales, identifying new areas of e-commerce opportunities
Provide expertise on current e-commerce industry best practices.
Consult on cross-functional projects
Ad hoc duties as required for the role

What are you expected to bring?

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
Proven leadership of e-commerce projects with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role and able to lead a cross functional team
Organized and analytical with strong technical skills
Able to multitask and problem-solve effectively
Creative, pragmatic, and eager to learn
