We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager for one of our clients in the retail industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. What is expected of you?

Oversee the daily operations of multiple locations within the assigned district
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Provide guidance and support to store managers and foster a positive working environment
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and identify training needs to enhance employee productivity and engagement
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess store performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as necessary
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, merchandising, and human resources, to align strategies and achieve business objectives
Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations across all locations
Manage and optimize inventory levels, product assortment, and visual merchandising standards

What are you expected to bring?

A Degree level of education, preferably in Business Administration
Proven experience as a District Manager or in a similar leadership role
Excellent communication skills in English and Italian/Maltese
Results-driven mindset and strong knowledge of retail operations
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment
