We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager for one of our clients in the retail industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. What is expected of you?

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple locations within the assigned district
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Provide guidance and support to store managers and foster a positive working environment
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and identify training needs to enhance employee productivity and engagement
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess store performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as necessary
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, merchandising, and human resources, to align strategies and achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations across all locations
  • Manage and optimize inventory levels, product assortment, and visual merchandising standards


What are you expected to bring?

  • A Degree level of education, preferably in Business Administration
  • Proven experience as a District Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Italian/Maltese
  • Results-driven mindset and strong knowledge of retail operations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment
