One of our leading clients within the banking sector is seeking to recruit a Deputy Head of Banking to join their dynamic team. What is expected of you?

Ensure that the bank is compliant with the local and European financial regulations
Lead the daily tasks of the teams at head office and branches
Keep up to date with the regulatory requirements in relation to the financial and credit institutions
Develop and improve processes and procedures
Provide guidance and mentor the team members
Ensure continuous liaison with the management team
Represent the company in groups or committees as required
Ad-hoc duties as may be required

What are you expected to bring?

A qualification in Banking or Finance at Level 6 or better
A minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar role
Ability to work on own initiative
Strong leadership and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
Keen eye for detail
