What's expected of you?

  • Develop and implement scalable data warehouse solutions using ClickHouse
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Superset to address business reporting requirements
  • Utilize streaming data technologies like Kafka for real-time data ingestion and analysis
  • Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of data warehouse systems
  • Work with data scientists and engineers to transform business requirements into technical specifications
  • Enhance data models and queries for optimal performance and scalability
  • Apply best practices for data security, backup, recovery, and archiving
  • Offer technical guidance and support for on-premises data warehouse operations
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data warehousing and analytics, recommending system and process improvements


What are you expected to bring?

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable field
  • Proven experience with ClickHouse and Superset, and a strong background in streaming technologies, particularly Kafka
  • Experience in designing and managing on-premises data warehouse solutions with proficiency in SQL and database optimization techniques
  • Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data integration
  • Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages is an asset
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration abilities
