Customer Success Manager

What is expected of you?

  • Manage various tasks such as customers’ training, health checks, etc
  • Handle the on-boarding and settling processes
  • Analyze customers’ needs and prepare feedbacks
  • Set and manage customer expectations
  • Solve software issues when needed
  • Provide insights on client-to-business interactions
  • Encourage up-sells and cross-sells


What are you expected to bring?

  • Previous experience in CSM and software support, especially SaaS, is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Background in a management or administrative role within the education field would be considered an asset
  • Be self-motivated and flexible
  • Great multi-tasking skills coupled with project planning experiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
