What is expected of you?

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies
• Design, implement, and manage creative and effective loyalty schemes to reward customers and encourage their active participation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives
• Be proactive in monitoring customer satisfaction levels and promptly address any concerns or issues to guarantee exceptional service delivery
• Foster and cultivate strong relationships with key customers, going above and beyond to understand their unique needs and exceed their expectations
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Provide regular reports on customer behaviour, campaign performance, and the effectiveness of loyalty programs

What are you expected to bring?

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. A master's degree would be a significant advantage
• Proven work experience as a Customer Relationship Manager or a similar role
• Exceptional data analysis skills, with a ability to extract valuable insights from customer data 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive problem solver with a customer-centric mindset, dedicated to going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Proven ability to work independently, effectively prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines, even in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• A strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices concerning customer data privacy and security
