What's expected of you?

  • Engage with customers and ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain communication for feedback and issue resolution
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues
  • Ensure timely complaint resolution
  • Manage and monitor spare parts inventory ensuring that all jobs can be carried out effciently
  • Keep accurate records and conduct surveys
  • Issue invoices and receipts

What are you expected to bring?

  • Previous administrative experience with strong computer proficiency
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills both in english and maltese
  • Adaptable and flexible in various situations
  • Positive attitude with a strong problem-solving approach
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Experience in after-sales support
