What's expected of you?

Engage with customers and ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
Maintain communication for feedback and issue resolution
Analyze and resolve complex issues
Ensure timely complaint resolution
Manage and monitor spare parts inventory ensuring that all jobs can be carried out effciently
Keep accurate records and conduct surveys
Issue invoices and receipts

What are you expected to bring?

Previous administrative experience with strong computer proficiency
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills both in english and maltese
Adaptable and flexible in various situations
Positive attitude with a strong problem-solving approach
Strong sense of accountability and ownership
Experience in after-sales support
