Customer Care Agent

What's expected of you?

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s e-mails
  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions
  • Resolving complaints in a courteous and professional manner
  • Build customer loyalty and maintain professional customer relations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and provide professional customer support
  • Advice on company services and provide information as requested
  • Generate customer interest in the services offered by the company
  • Work towards meeting the team’s and the company’s targets
  • Follow up on customer calls where necessary
  • Any other ad hoc customer care-related work

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Ordinary level standard of education in Mathematics, Maltese, English, and ECDL
  • Preferably have experience working in a call center
  • Strong communication and listening skills with good command over the English and Maltese languages
  • Previous experience working with Microsoft applications, namely MS Excel and MS word
  • Customer-oriented, positive attitude with professionalism
  • Willing to learning and have a friendly attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised at times
  • Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
  • Ability to think outside the box and go the extra mile for the customer
