Customer Care Agent

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? At CeekTalent, we're seeking a Customer Care Agent to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while representing our clients’ brands. You'll also support service improvements, communication processes, and other key customer care initiatives.

 

What's expected of you?

  • Responding to customer queries via phone calls
  • Handling customer messages across various channels, including Facebook, web, and email
  • Addressing complaints professionally and courteously
  • Logging complaints in the internal system and escalating to the appropriate departments when needed
  • Adhering to average call handling time and meeting quality standards
  • Acting as a backup receptionist when required
  • Working on a shift basis
  • Performing any other duties related to the role as needed based on business requirements

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel and MS Word
  • O-level standard of education
  • Positive, proactive attitude
  • Flexible and willing to work shifts
  • Eager to learn and adapt
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
