CRM Manager – iGaming

What’s expected of you?

  • Oversee direct communication with customers through the CRM system and resolving customer issues promptly
  • Capture and map customer journey, analysing pipeline touchpoints and maximising commercial opportunities
  • Acknowledge individual customer concerns and needs and respond to them accordingly
  • Plan and deliver CRM strategies to increase loyalty and retention. 
  • Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value strategies, ensuring maximum ROI
  • Segment and maintain customer databases
  • Identify new leads and target audiences to optimise ROI
  • Research and implement new more efficient communication channels
  • Develop strategies for testing all aspects of the CRM
  • Liaise between departments, maintaining a high level of cooperation
  • Know your competition and strategize accordingly

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Three to five years’ proven experience in CRM Management
  • Knowledge of CRM strategies
  • Experience in mapping and analysing the customer journey
  • A team player who is able to also work independently
  • Motivated, organised, and able to work under pressure
