Corporate Lawyer

Do you have a warrant to practise law in Malta? Are you experienced in Corporate Law? We are looking to recruit Corporate Lawyers to join the Legal Team of an established company here in Malta as a Senior Associate/Associate. What’s expected of you?

• Give legal advice in connection with a variety of commercial agreements, property-related matters company formation, corporate governance, shareholder agreements and regulatory matters
• Meet and exceed client expectations on all tasks entrusted with
• Ad hoc duties related to the role

What are you expected to bring?

• Two to nine years of experience 
• A post-graduate degree will be considered as an asset
• Hold a Warrant to practice as a lawyer in Malta
• Highly motivated and organised with excellent communication skills
• Able to meet deadlines
• A strong team player who can also work independently
