Construction Project Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Constructions Project Coordinator to join one of our clients, that has been a part of major developments in Malta including luxury homes, 5* hotels, cafes and restaurants and shopping malls. What is expected of you?

• Coordinate the development of construction projects, including plans, schedules, budgets and timelines; monitor the progresses and identify potential delays or issues
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors; keep a record of documentations, including contracts, permits, change order and RFIs
• Monitor project resources and deal with suppliers
• Ensure quality health and safety of the site and employees through regular inspections and implementation of new processes
• Prepare regular reports on the status of the projects
• Any other duties that may arise from time to time

What are you expected to bring?

• An academic background in construction management or civil engineering or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Efficient in using related software and tools for project management
• Excellent organizational, time management and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills in English
• An eye for details and practical approach
• Ability to lead and motivate the team
