What is expected of you?

  • Understand, monitor and review developments within the Dutch or German regulatory aspect of the business
  • Complete license applications and renewals 
  • Identify vulnerable areas within the business that need to be improved and work with the team to ensure all processes and procedures are compliant and up to date
  • Provide day to day support to all internal and external  stakeholders on any compliance and regulation issues
  • Be updated of advertising standards and consumer protection laws in the relevant markets
  • Participate in training, seminars and consultations arranged by regulators to ensure company's obligations and requirements are met
  • Assist in providing compliance awareness and training to employees
  • Process compliance-based assessments and reports
  • Cooperate with other teams to ensure full customer support is carried out to clients
  • Construct a strategic compliance plan and draft policies to protect the business from breaches
  • Ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time


What are you expected to bring?

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar compliance-based role, ideally within the iGaming industry and regulatory experience
  • Experience in completing compliance assessments across various departments, most notably AML and RG
  • Experience working with a compliance risk register
  • Thoroughly proficient in English is a must and fluency in Dutch or German would be in an asset
