Compliance Manager

What is expected of you?

• Manage the internal compliance team effectively and deal with internal requests received
• Supervise the client onboarding processes, the periodic reviews on client's files, and ongoing transaction
• Prepare reportings for the senior management to review 
• Review onsite visit and inspection reports as well as the risk assessment and business models
• Assist with the maintenance of ICT policies and procedures
• Manage and keep complies files for internal licensed entities
• Liaise with other departments

What are you expected to bring?

• At least 3-4 years' experience in a similar role
• A legal background will be considered an asset
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in the English language is a must; knowledge of any other language will be considered an asset
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with the minimum supervision
• Highly organized individual with a good eye for detail
• The ability to manage a team efficiently and work well with deadlines
