What is expected of you?

Supporting the Compliance Department in the development, implementation, and maintenance of company policies and procedures to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
Assisting with the execution of the Group's compliance monitoring program
Collaborating with all departments across the Group on compliance matters, including AML and CTF issues
Aiding in the preparation and submission of annual statutory filings
Coordinating and facilitating regulatory audits, inspections, or visits
Assisting with routine customer file reviews
Providing regular updates to the Group’s MLRO and Compliance Office on all compliance-related matters, including AML and CTF
Evaluating current practices and procedures, offering recommendations to management based on industry best practices

What are you expected to bring?

Previous experience in a similar role is a must
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
Advanced proficiency in IT tools and software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions as needed
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team
