Compliance Executive

What is expected of you?

• Supporting the Compliance Department in the development, implementation, and maintenance of company policies and procedures to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
• Assisting with the execution of the Group's compliance monitoring program
• Collaborating with all departments across the Group on compliance matters, including AML and CTF issues
• Aiding in the preparation and submission of annual statutory filings
• Coordinating and facilitating regulatory audits, inspections, or visits
• Assisting with routine customer file reviews
• Providing regular updates to the Group’s MLRO and Compliance Office on all compliance-related matters, including AML and CTF
• Evaluating current practices and procedures, offering recommendations to management based on industry best practices

What are you expected to bring?

• Previous experience in a similar role is a must
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Advanced proficiency in IT tools and software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team
