Commissions Administrator

Do you have an ECDL qualification? Are you an analytical and meticulous inividual with a flair for numbers? We are seeking to recruit a Commissions administrator, for one of our clients, one of the world’s leading independent financial institutions. If you think you have what it takes, we at Ceek are eager to hear from you!


What is expected of you?

  • Process pays runs and weekly reconciliations on a weekly basis
  • Produce weekly reports to split the commission payments into categories based on the type of business
  • Ensure that funds are deposited into the accounts prior to transferring payments
  • Liaising with financial advisors and major fund providers
  • Provide an excellent back-office service
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc duty that may be assigned by management


What are you expected to bring?

  • ECDL certification
  • A minimum “A” level education is required
  • Flexible individual with the ability to deal with any changes that may arise
  • Success driven with strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • The ability to work efficiently within a team as well as individually
