Do you thrive in a leadership role? Do you have proven experience in managing a team within the financial service sector? If so, our client, a boutique payment services operator who is also known globally, is looking for a Chief Operations Officer to join their team. What is expected of you?
Lead the department that focuses on customer experience improvements, quality control and service efficiency
Track the operational performance including customer service metrics and KPIs
Contribute and implement efficient policies and procedures to improve the company's service quality and business strategy
Plan the business continuity, program management and facilities management
Take ownership of the company's service quality from initial sale to issuance of products
Implement data governance and control
Evaluate risks and lead quality assurance efforts across the whole organisation
Guide and mentor employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Drive efforts to improve the company's touchpoints across the board
Maintain good relationships with different clients
Liaise with the IT team to digitalise the company's customer services and improve customer online interface
What are you expected to bring?
A degree in Business Administration or Banking & Finance
At least 10 years' experience in a similar role, especially in managing a team
Knowledge in the design and implementation of operating procedures for payment services
Exemplary communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership abilities
Knowledge and expertise in product development and innovation
Good decision making and problem solving skills
