If so, our client, a boutique payment services operator who is also known globally, is looking for a Chief Operations Officer to join their team. What is expected of you?
  • Lead the department that focuses on customer experience improvements, quality control and service efficiency
  • Track the operational performance including customer service metrics and KPIs 
  • Contribute and implement efficient policies and procedures to improve the company's service quality and business strategy
  • Plan the business continuity, program management and facilities management
  • Take ownership of the company's service quality from initial sale to issuance of products
  • Implement data governance and control
  • Evaluate risks and lead quality assurance efforts across the whole organisation
  • Guide and mentor employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Drive efforts to improve the company's touchpoints across the board
  • Maintain good relationships with different clients
  • Liaise with the IT team to digitalise the company's customer services and improve customer online interface

What are you expected to bring?
  • A degree in Business Administration or Banking & Finance
  • At least 10 years' experience in a similar role, especially in managing a team
  • Knowledge in the design and implementation of operating procedures for payment services
  • Exemplary communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge and expertise in product development and innovation
  • Good decision making and problem solving skills
