Chief of People and Culture

Are you an experienced strategic Human Resources professional? Our client working in the environmental infrastructure arena is looking for a Chief of People and Culture to lead its Human Resources function.  If you are looking for a new challenge, we at Ceek would love to hear from you!

 

What's expected of you?

  • Take charge of HR strategic planning and budgeting to ensure adequate coverage for planned activities and initiatives, including contingencies aligned with corporate needs

  • Continuously ensure adequacy of human resources capacity and support management in building initiatives

  • Provide advice to management on people and culture matters

  • Manage recruitment processes efficiently and effectively

  • Ensure establishment, communication, and adherence to policies and procedures of the People and Culture Office by all employees

  • Oversee facilities management, including health and safety 

  • Spearhead training and development initiatives for staff

  • Develop and implement a performance-based management system for both staff and management

  • Manage employer branding efforts, focusing on staff retention and growth

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree education in human resource management (MQF Level 6). A master's degree is considered advantageous.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR management

  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing Human Resource Strategies

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders and influencing decision-making

  • A positive attitude, objectivity in challenging situations and an ability to meet deadlines

  • Skilled in influencing, persuading, and negotiating to ensure objectives are met

  • Independent and innovative problem solver
