What is expected of you?

Keep the senior leadership team and board of directors updated on financial matters, offering advice and insights.
Supervise budgeting and forecasting processes
Analyze financial performance metrics thoroughly, providing insights for decision-making and enhancing performance.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports, adhering to accounting principles and standards.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and tax obligations, minimizing risks and promoting transparency and integrity.
Establish and implement strong financial policies and procedures to protect assets and optimize resource allocation.
Manage company banking relationships and treasury operations
Provide leadership to the finance team

What are you expected to bring?
