What is expected of you?
Drive business development to ensure revenue growth through leveraging personal network and strategic client engagement
Lead marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and expand market reach
Oversee operational activities to ensure efficient scheduling and delivery of training programs and consultancy services
Inspire and motivate a team of trainers, coaches, and consultants to deliver excellence in service delivery
Collaborate with the Directors to set strategic goals and objectives and drive company growth
What are you expected to bring?
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is required. Holding a master's degree would be preferred
Proven experience in senior leadership roles
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
Knowledge of the training and HR consultancy industry is a plus
