Chefs de Partie

We are looking for ambitious individuals who are looking to build a career in the food and beverage industry. If you have 1 to 2 years experience working in a busy kitchen, we want to hear from you. We are looking for Chefs de Partie who will assist us in delivering superior quality standards in food quality and presentation.


What is expected of you?

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
  • Managing, supervising and training any demi-chef de parties or commis reporting directly to you
  • Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
  • Constantly check on food supplies to ensure that they conform to the quality standards
    Check daily all fridges and store, making sure all perishable items are in perfect condition.
  • Take preventive action against loss whenever necessary.
  • Be full knowledgeable on all items in the menu and know the ingredients, portion size, method of cooking and time it takes to prepare each item on the menu.
  • Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
  • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins


What are you expected to bring?

  • You will need to be energetic, and highly motivated to learn, with an outgoing personality and accustomed to working for long hours under pressure.
  • Relevant certifications will be required.
  • Fluent in English
