We are looking for a Business Sales Coordinator on behalf of one of our clients, a leading local company. If you possess good communication skills and you are ready for a new challenging job opportunity, we at Ceek would like to hear from you!

 

What’s expected of you?

  • Record any advert sales and update the database
  • Assist the Sales Manager in any advertising-related tasks
  • Provide assistance to the accounting department by recording, processing and filing accounting documents
  • Update the accounts ledger and chasing of creditors
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure timely publication/installation of advertising material
  • Clerical assistant to the Sales and Accounting department
  • Any other day-to-day duties

 

What are you expected to bring?

  • An Advanced level of Education
  • Accountancy background
  • Good computer skills, especially with Word and Excel and emails
  • Great communication skills in both English or Maltese
  • Previous experience in a customer care role
  • A proactive approach to work coupled with a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
