What's expected of you?

Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy through a detailed business plan
Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and the competitive landscape to drive brand success
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
Select products that align with brand identity and market demand
Define pricing strategies to maximize profitability and monitor performance
Manage stock levels, introducing new products and phasing out slow-moving items
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business targets
Attend industry fairs and visit suppliers to stay informed on market trends

What are you expected to bring?

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or sales, ideally within the FMCG industry
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence others
Proven ability to manage multiple brands and coordinate with various departments
Experience in market research, data analysis, and interpretation
Track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies, with the ability to adapt to market changes
